How To Clean The Microwave Using Lemon

Is your microwave covered with baked-on grime that’s impossible to remove with traditional cleaners?
If the answer is yes, then there is a handy trick you can use to remove it to get your microwave clean and sparkling.
All you need to get your microwave clean again is a bowl of water, a slice of lemon and a cloth.
First, cut a slice of lemon about 1cm wide. Place the lemon slice in the bowl of water, then microwave on high for 3 minutes. Take care, as the bowl will be extremely hot.
Once the bowl has cooled, carefully remove it from the microwave using an oven mit for protection. Set it aside.
Wipe the inside of the microwave using a cloth, and the dirt and grime will simply slide away. The citric acid and the steam combine to loosen baked on spills and splashes, making them easy to remove in one quick wipe.
