Floating Floors

Dirt and grime will scratch and damage floating floors, so ensure you have a mat at the front door to prevent excess debris entering your home.
Add soft pads to furniture feet to prevent scratching the floor.
Electrostatic mops will prevent excessive build up of dust.
Consult the manufacturer of your floorboards before using a solvent to clean them. Or just use a specialty floating floor cleaner.
Be careful not to use too much water when cleaning, to prevent water damage.
To repair minor scratches, a combination of coloured waxes are perfect for the job. Just colour in the scratch and it is as good as new.
