How To Halve A Recipe
How To Halve A Recipe

Halving a recipe can be pretty straightfoward. Two tablespoons? No problem use, one. One cup of flour? Use half a cup. 500ml milk? Measure 250ml instead.

There are times however, when it can be a little trickier. For instance, halving one tablespoon or a third of a cup is not something that comes readily to most (including us!).

That’s why we’ve created this handy infographic. Print it out and stick it on the fridge and use it as a reference point the next time you need to reduce the size of a recipe.
